  • How do I book an appointment?
    All of our bookings are done online. While visiting our website or Facebook page, and clicking "Book Now", you'll be promted to our schedule site where you will be able to select a specific time | date | service | and stylist to accomdate your beauty needs.
  • Do you accept walk-ins?
    We do! But, because we encourage clients to book a specific time and date so that we can focus primarily on them throughout their scheduled appoinment, we are usually booked. In unusual circumstance, a client may cancel last minute. It is only THEN that we will be able to accept any walk-ins. The window of time for an unexpected cancelation is usally short and random, which is why we strongly suggest that you book an appointment. The best way to secure a last-miute walk-in appointment is to text us: -Your Name -Your Email -The Service You Would Like To Have Done -The Date You Were Hoping To Come In To our mobile number 570.591.1651. Should a last minute cancelation happen, we would reach out to anyone in our text log waitng on an appointment.
  • How do I cancel | rescheduel an appoinment?
    Canceling | rescheduling an appointment can be done via booking app | email | call | or text. When booking an online appointment, you will be prompted to enter your name, email, and phone number. Our automated schedueling system will send you a confirmation text and email right away. at the bottom of those messages, you will find a link associated with your appointment that allows you to manage your booking as you see fit. Also, upon recieving your reminder text and email for your appoinment, you can reply back to the email, or call | text our salon number to cancel | reschedule at 570.591.1651. Once you've made us aware, you may feel free to proceed with booking your rescheduled appointment at the new date and time that works best for you. Please Note: We kindly ask that you provide us with a cancelation notice at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appoinment. Anything after 24 hours will be noted as a no-show. After 3 no-shows, we will no longer be able to provide your beauty needs.
